30 CANDLES, 2022
This is 30. New Georges’ 30th birthday gala took place on October 22, 2022, at Carroll Hall in Bushwick, Brooklyn!
With food and drink by Gertie, flowers and event design by Little Sister Creative, loads of historical lead-up everywhere, and a soundscape conceived and directed by Katie Brook and including the voices of New Georges artists Carolyn Baeumler, Jessica Bauman, Neena Beber, Hilary Bettis, Katie Brook, Sheila Callaghan, Kara Lee Corthron, Kia Corthron, Eisa Davis, Laura Eason, Lee Sunday Evans, Anne Kauffman, Boo Killebrew, Haruna Lee, April Matthis, Daaimah Mubashshir, Jenny Schwartz & Diana Son.
