Women of all kinds and tgnc artists!

At last!  For the first time in two years, the New Georges Jam, our working lab for early- to mid-career theatermakers, is accepting applications.

If you’re a woman or tgnc playwright or director (or generative artist of another discipline) with a strong theatrical vision, The Jam might be for you.  Click below to download information and guidelines (JamApplication2020) and send along to by the stroke of midnight on Friday, October 9, 2020.

What’s The Jam all about?  Find out more at the 2020 Jam application info session, Thursday September 17 at 6pm.  RSVP to to receive a Zoom link.

We know it can be difficult at this time to feel motivated to do anything, let alone write applications.  New Georges is committed to non-onerous application processes in general; and this year you can apply either in writing or by video.
